As someone who listens to music almost non-stop throughout the day, I thought it would be fun to highlight some of my favorite songs. While I’m not the most diverse listener out there, my choice of music does alternate anywhere between hip-hop/rap, rock, alternative, lounge/chill, electronic, synth wave, pop, country and songs from different languages such as Chinese/Mandarin, Japanese and Korean.

To start it off in special episode #1, I’ve selected a small indie rock band hailing all the way from Glasgow, UK: Lucia & the Best Boys. When I first came across the song “Perfectly Untrue” on Spotify one day, I just knew it was something special. The song is so damn addicting, even after listening to it so many times. I actually don’t believe I’ve found another rock/indie song since then that has been this hypnotic. Everything, from the chorus, beat and lyrics, is near perfection. It is absolutely criminal that this song doesn’t have more views on YouTube!
